About

Built by the women who needed it.

Two speech-language pathologists with a decade each of caseloads and practice ownership. One builder with a decade of making systems for people, not just processes. sentr. is the software we wished someone had made for us.

Why we built it

The 9pm note was the job.

Ten years of running a pediatric practice taught us exactly where the software gets in the way.

The problemNotes after bedtime.

A decade of caseloads meant a decade of finishing documentation at the kitchen table. The software never got shorter. Only the nights did.

The gapBuilt for billers, not clinicians.

Every system we tried was designed around the claim. The child, the goals and the therapist writing about them were an afterthought.

The answerSo we built our own.

One of us builds systems for a living. She started with the note, then the schedule, then the claim. Everything since has gone through a real caseload first.

Who we are

Two clinicians. One builder.

Women-led, provider-led, and small enough that you will always know who you are talking to.

CBDr. Caitlin Bruder, EdD, CCC-SLPCo-founder · Speech-language pathologist

A decade as an SLP and practice owner. She knows the authorization that lapses and the claim that bounces, and made sure sentr. catches both.

ARAlli RodgersCo-founder · Product and engineering

A decade building systems for people, not just processes. She turns what Kasee and Caitlin need into software that gets out of the way.

KWKasee Way, M.S., CCC-SLPCo-founder · Speech-language pathologist

A decade as an SLP and practice owner. Every evaluation, goal bank and note in sentr. went through her caseload before it shipped.

How we work

What you can count on.

Women-led, provider-led

Founded and run by women who have sat where you sit.

Clinicians decide

Nothing ships until it has survived a real caseload.
