When can I sign up?

Early Intervention signups open November 1, 2026. The ABA tier follows in Q1 2027. Founders pricing applies to every practice that signs up in 2026, so booking a demo now loses you nothing.

What counts as a user?

Anyone who signs in. Clinicians take a tier seat with the sentr. Scribe. Front desk and billing staff can take a $49 admin seat.

Can I mix clinical and admin seats?

Yes. Any number of each on one account, and you can change the mix as your team changes.

Monthly or annual?

Either. Annual billing saves 20% on every seat.

How does founders pricing work?

Practices that sign up in 2026 get founders pricing for their first year, and commit for a year. It does not stack with the annual discount. After the first year, standard pricing applies on the same plan.

Do you charge per claim?

No. Submitting insurance claims requires your own ClaimRev clearinghouse subscription, billed by ClaimRev. See ClaimRev pricing.

Are card processing fees included?

Stripe’s standard card fees apply to charges you collect directly through sentr.

When is the ABA tier available?

Q1 2027. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when it opens for signup.

Can I use sentr. for one discipline only?

Yes. Turn on only the disciplines you offer. Every seat is priced the same within a tier.
